Come for an evening of fun, music and a great film. New London County native and East Lyme High School Graduate, Daniel Lee White has lived out his life's dream and made his first feature film COST OF LIVING: A ZOM ROM COM. Zom Rom Com stands for Zombie Romantic Comedy. It is a live action feature film that is set in a world where the undead have risen and can be tamed to live peacefully with humans. People have been split between those who support undead rights and those who do not. Andrew and Emily, from either camp, meet and start to fall in love, while Brian just struggles to fit in. It is a social/political satire, story of struggle and a romantic love story all wrapped into one. Please come out and support local film and see a film that is sure to please.

Doors open at 6:00pm. The band Waking Elliot (featured in the film) will be playing there at 7:00pm. The film begins at 8:00pm.

Although the film is not yet rated, it is recommended for audiences 13 and up. It contains blood, gore, mild language and subject matter.

Although there was a huge audience the film lacked in originality. The actresses seemed to be reading their lines via tele-prompt. Overall it was an entertaining film and like the old verse states...we learn from our mistakes...i'm sure Daniel Lee White will do better next time around. Good effort!
