Help save the Night of the Living Dead Chapel!!

The chapel featured in the opening sequence of the 1968 George Romero classic, Night of the Living Dead, needs your help. It's in bad shape and the Evans City Cemetery Board has plans to demolish it.

As soon as he heard of the Cemetery Boards plans, Gary Streiner, sound engineer for the film, decided to do something about it. He convinced the Board to give him a year to raise the estimated $50,000 needed for the restoration and he set about organizing a grass roots effort consisting of cast, crew, and fans to "Fix The Chapel".

Coming up on three months old at the time of this writing, the movement has raised over 11,000 dollars, but the goal is still far off.

With talented artists, writers, musicians, animators, and a myriad of others coming together to offer their talents to help raise the money to prevent the loss of this bit of zombie history, one thing is still missing. You.
