military gear

a visit to any local military surplus store will greatly improve ones readiness . all the gear they have has already fileld tested, so you know it fall apart on you like something from walmart. you'll find many useful items that hadn't thought about before, mess kits, 550 cord light, weight stoves, packs, first aid kits, etc. i still have alot of gear from my military days and i know that much of it could prove to be invaluable.
