Their is no such thing as supernatural zombies but there is real virus that swell up the brain and shock the nerves causeing a collapes in a area in the brain which makes them crave to harm anything living, another thing is that the host needs everything to be like him (duering the collapes) so the carrier, now a empty shell attacks and purposely infects the victim. The virus is carried via air, water or parisite in certain areas in the world.
