Real Food

In the event of a zombie apocalypse you will be forced to gather as much food as posible,remmeber this canned food lasts a while but unfortunately you cant live on canned food,u need real food, like meat and grains and stuff,so once u have settled on a secured area u have to learn to live of the land,that means hunt and harvest your own grown food. Another thing is that candy and chocolate qill onl kill the hunger they do not feed your body for they lack escential minerals and vitamins to keep your body functioning propperly. The thing is that if all you have to eat is tons of candy you will not be hungry but your body will not be fed,it would b equivalent of going 3 das without sleep just wired on coffee. You are awake but your body is exausted
